In some cases the porcelain will break off in the sleeve and will need to be extracted. This Tool is used to extract the broken porcelain or seized sleeves from broken spark plugs in 2003 to current Ford® Triton Engines. Unlike other tools that tell you to push the porcelain through the sleeve (Ford® says specifically not to do this), this tool adheres to the porcelain using a special perma-bond and then allows a user to extract the broken porcelain from the sleeve. In combination with the porcelain extractor, this combo tool also works to extract frozen and broken off spark plug sleeves for the same model Ford® Triton Engines.
